Responsible Cooperative Mining Operations

Advancing responsible cooperative mining through structured operations, skills development, local employment, environmental stewardship, and sustainable community participation.

Showroom Mining LTD advances Responsible Cooperative Mining through structured, safe, and environmentally responsible mining practices that promote sustainable mineral development and meaningful local participation. Through our participation in the Responsible Cooperative Mining and Skills Development Programme (rCOMSDEP) under the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, we support skills development, improved operating practices, responsible mineral recovery, environmental protection, and sustainable livelihoods within mining communities. Our cooperative mining activities have created over 150 employment opportunities across various areas of operation, helping to develop local skills, improve livelihoods, and reduce unemployment within the locality. We remain committed to demonstrating that responsible cooperative mining can contribute to Ghana’s mineral development while creating lasting economic, social, and environmental value.
